Your account

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Course access is for the enrolled student and must not be shared or resold. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Purchases and course access

Review the course description, included materials, dates where applicable, and the total price and currency shown before paying. Those details form part of your purchase. Online course purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

Access to purchased online material begins once payment is confirmed. Any scheduled teaching follows the dates stated for that course. You need a compatible browser and internet connection to use the platform. Certificates are available for eligible courses when their completion requirements have been met.

For questions or problems with a purchase or access, email info@daltonsbio.com with your order reference. Do not send card details or passwords.

Using the materials and website

Course videos, audio, manuals and other site materials belong to the school or their respective owners. You may use the materials provided with your course for your own learning. You must not copy, publish, distribute or sell them without permission, except where the law allows.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person's account or restricted materials. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect accounts, and you can contact us to query a restriction.

Availability and other services

Access may be interrupted by maintenance or service faults. Contact us if you cannot use something you purchased. External booking services and independently listed practitioners have their own terms; a directory listing does not make them part of the school.

Your rights and changes to these terms

These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law. British Columbia law and applicable Canadian law govern these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Updates will appear here with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to a purchase you have already made. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
